1) Q- What should I supply?
A-All you need is a comfortable chair, and depending on the service, we might need access to water and a sink. Everything else is supplied by us.

2) Q- Are your services expensive?
A- No. On the contrary, we are very reasonable.

3) Q- How much space do you need?
A- Minimal. As long as there is enough room to get around you, that is all that is needed.

4) Q- I get off work at 6:00, can you come at 6:30?
A- Yes. We work outside traditional business hours, so depending on scheduling, that is absolutely possible.

5) Q-If I have a perm or color, will my house smell like chemicals?
A-Although chemical odors are sometimes unavoidable, the products used are mild in odor, and dissipate quickly.

6) Q-Can I smoke while you are doing my hair?
A-No. Although it is your home, the odor permeates the equipment, and out of respect for the next persons home we are entering it is preferable that you don't.

7) Q-Can you come on short notice?
A- Depending on scheduling, and what area you live in, same day service is possible.

8) Q-I've only booked an appointment for myself, but while you are here can you do my friend as well?
A-Yes, depending on how much time is available, and what service they want. This is actually encouraged, as you both will recieve a discount!

9) Q-Are you punctual, or are you like other companies that may or may not show up between 10:00 & 12:00?
A-Yes, we are punctual! Sometimes even early. Every so often due to traffic, or other circumstances, lateness cannot be helped, although you will be notified immediately, and given the status of where we are, and how long it will be.

10) Q-How long does an appointment take?
A-Your appointment is booked for a minimum of 1 hour, although it takes less time because there are no distractions to the stylist.
